When I visited @baseballhall last year, my biggest geek out moment, of many, was seeing the actual glove Willie Mays wore when he made "The Catch". @dhansen349 said he was glad it was behind thick glass as I would have grabbed it otherwise. We just lost an absolute great.
It is with great sadness that we announce that San Francisco Giants Legend and Hall of Famer Willie Mays passed away peacefully this afternoon at the age of 93.
