The Earth, Wind & Fire show at Birmingham Symphony Hall tonight. Absolutely superb. A faithful recreation of the origin sound thanks to a superb band and stunning singers. Truly made up. Fantastic venue too.

Back home and 3rd load of washing on. Left site at 8am - as quietly as possible - and a good if windy run. Hetty was noticeably more thirsty!

Back from seeing Shadowlands at the Aldwych Theatre starring Hugh Bonneville. A superb funny and moving play and a lovely venue with an extremely helpful team too.

Good afternoon from Abbey Wood @candmclub. After rain since the early hours it's now dry! The usual caravan chores completed and a gammon joint in the air fryer for tea/dinner.

One job ticked off. Extra screws added to one of the condensation boards. Only one on each batten originally and they've been working loose. Hopefully this will last for a while.

Patsy up to temperature and feeling cosy. A couple of cheap throws as a change from the all over covers. Dinner on the go : @pinchofnom Campfire stew with homemade chips. Does the electric saucepan count as a 'hack' I wonder?

The @candmclub route to Abbey Wood - which I did last October is fine, however the route from Google Maps is more direct and presented no concerns today. Certainly no worse than towing up the A23 to Crystal Palace.
