Thankful for the team I get to empower leaders and learners with each day! Together we will trust the process as we keep our mission at the center! We ended our time together reflecting as we ready to EMPOWER!!
Our staff engaged in PD the last three days centered around collective and instructional efficacy- we also had @TheLeaderinMe boot camp session along with many other sessions aligned to our goals- we are trusting the process and synergizing for a year of empowerment

It’s been a busy summer however it’s been a productive one as my AP Fielder and I have been working with our leadership team and together to prepare for this year- this work is not easy but when you remember your why -you trust the process to EMPOWER!
