you gotta be satisfied at some point. The people complaining. Which are mostly humanities majors are terrible at weighing costs and actually looking at their situation but that’s prolly why they’re going into fields where the PhDs basically pay the same as bachelors. 5/5

It’s not like even if we weren’t in school the costs would go down and employers don’t pay enough in general but that’s a whole other systemic problem. And like they’re all willing to risk losing the 80% raise we’re getting for possibility of more but like people…4/5

But they only have to spend $1600 to help with increased cost of kids. They also got child care subsidies and cheaper daycares through UCLA. Kids are expensive regardless but their increased costs are offset cause they’re getting 20K back a year from decreased rent… 2/5
