Great weekend for @KansasEliteWBB U15 White, taking 1st place at the PGH Battle in the Sunflower!! Had a different player step up offensively each game while playing good team defense. Really good rebounding & constantly pushing the ball wore teams down in the 2nd half.

@KansasEliteWBB U15 White were down 4 players, so we pulled 3 u14 girls ‘up’ and has a good / productive weekend. Went 2-2 but were very competitive in 2 losses as both were by 4 points. Were down double digits several times and didn’t give up at any point, just kept battling.

@KansasEliteWBB U15 White was 3-1 this weekend. Played game 1 like a team that had traveled (lacked focus) Addressed focus/ mental make up. The girls responded, winning the next 3. Two of these games were played after long breaks & focus was not a problem. #GrowthandDevelopment

Traveling for tournaments, playing against teams from different states is great and really challenges the girls. However, I also love when we can have a team dinner and girl’s getting ice cream afterwards , bonding and building friendships.
