weight & bmi are just numbers when someone sees u they dont think of ur weight or bmi, people see in โskinnyโ and โfatโ etc. but its just how they define it themselves who determines whats skinny and whats not why do we care so much.. better to throw the scales away lol

I just had a diabetic shock (refeeding syndrom sign) couldnโt get any air, my vision was blurry,I squeezed, my heart went fast, I acted weird and slowly fell asleep.I grabbed my rosary and started breathing again my heart slowed down i could get more air & now Iโm back. โฑ

It happened today. I thought I would die.
It felt like a demon possessed me, I saw light closing my eyes. The infusion was wrongly set on off & I couldnโt breathe, I couldnโt control my body, I was acting crazy, I could barely speak so I prayed and I slowly came back again.
