These talent pools don’t exist in a vacuum. They’re cyclical and need to be invested in. The young people we train now WILL be performing in Brisbane in 8 years time. Our creative industries need backing at a local level if we want to take them to the world stage.

Big love to the @Refinery29AU team today. A publication I wish I had in my late teens into my 20s, glad I had it for the latter half. Fun, honest, eye opening, bold!. Not many places capture the full breadth of the Aus, femme experience - particularly for WOC. A real loss 💔.
