2. How much was my intake?
During the first kgs I had around 500 of solid cals and then any liquid cals I wanted (140 of coffee, normal coke and protein 330 shakes)
Salads
35-50g of leaves
Sometimes 50 cals of corn (70g)
3-10 cherry tomatoes (20-30cals)
Two egg whites (34cals)
Each slice of turkey is 11 cals
25ml of 0% vinegar (37cals p 100ml)
So PLEASE don’t be dumb like me, up ur intake god or you’ll end up fat again and unable to starve like u used to

In July, I tried to fast for only 18 hours, and I collapsed in the floor literally shaking as if I had epilepsy while being unconscious 🧑🦲 my sis found me and I traumatized her☹️
In september, the day after a BAD binge and I’m talking 8k cals at least, I lost vision and hearing in the train and my friend had to help me sit on the floor while the train was FULL
4. What happened after this? How u got fat again😦?
Extreme hunger kicked me, I went on a binge cycle. I got SICK from eating, having high fever at night n almost having to go to the ER from how full and bad I felt
6. Bradycardia
My resting heartbeat was 38-40, I had arritmias and lot of chest pains, I stopped being able to work out or even walk too fast bc of my intake.
I still hav a low tension of 65/37 resting
Non-disordered people are so greedy coz I don’t see anything wrong with these meals?? I mean yeah healthy but do u really wanna eat McDonald’s everyday💀💀
So my therapist asked me to do this to I stop purging:
Basically wait 60 mins until I purge so it’s not as harmful and it tastes like acid and I don’t wanna do it anymore😃

Also at my lw I didn’t eat anything but restaurant food and salads so everything else is from when I restricted with 600 cals
