What a disappointment (I can’t think of a word that truly expresses how this makes me feel - I am a Chinese American, just like Mia)! This is why I choose to support local bookstores instead of B&N.
#BarnesAndNoble has suddenly decided NOT to carry KEY PLAYER, the 4th FRONT DESK book, coming out in 2 weeks! Here are the new details of their new “nationwide strategy”—only giving shelf space for Top 1-2 books per publisher! I am not Top enough, apparently! 😭 #FrontDeskSeries

I hope that my district will do the same. Just because we don’t have to doesn’t mean we shouldn’t.
Austin ISD will inform parents of a positive case. Austin ISD will conduct contact tracing. Families should keep sick children at home.
