The words we speak matter. That’s why I believe we need to speak words of truth and hope not only to ourselves but to others as well. Here are 20 things we should say more often if we want to make the world more positive:

I think a lot about unintended messages we send students. Grading using the mean of scores over time? Growth isn't important. Not allowing multiple attempts at learning? I don't care if you learn it. Moving on before a student is ready? I don't think you can learn this.
