Especially when most of the new team are on induction!!
I know there's arguements against ACPs, but today shows why ACPs are valuable.... when most Dr's are brand new with all the question's of working in a new area and place, the ACPs continues to work and helps with inductions. Were not Dr's but we bring skills to the team.
