I want to hear about how a 100 person team is doing the work of a 1000, not how a 1000 person team was able to downsize to 100. I want to live in a world where there is an AI teammate for each of us, personalized, loyal, with full context, and determined to make us successful.

I'm on team Supercharge, not Replace. I donβt want to hear about how hiring humans is stupid. I want to hear about how your AI app will elevate humans to new heights. I want to hear about growth, not cost savings.

the iron rule of recording product demos: if you don't get your Loom right on the first take, it will take you 25 takes. It's one, or 25 - there is no in between.

Man, it's rough seeing people bully their dogs. Guy today was screaming at his off leash dog to "move back a little!," dog doesn't understand, sits down, cowers, and guy goes berserk on him. Asshole. Not worthy of a dog's companionship.

Who will be some of the winners if this new annual $100K tax stands? offshore more stable places to do biz (uk, canada, portugal, etc.) AI coding agents Remote work? Losers include: US tech companies (talent pool just got smaller) H-1B holders USA access to best / brightest

I don't think that "give us access to all of your systems and we will tell you cool stuff" is a winning pitch for an AI startup. I think you have to go deep on the workflows, and earn the right to those systems.

It seems that Apple is really late to bring any sort of meaningful AI powered improvements to the iPhone. But monster incumbents often have the luxury of biding their time, and then rolling out something solid and production ready on their own schedule. It must be nice!

The only truly wrong answer is not to record your meetings at all. It would be like having a Slack instance or an email client that factory reset every evening.

But the math may be a little different for corporate users / operators. My general rule of thumb is that Bot is the right medium for most internal meetings, and system audio might work better for some external meetings. I actively use both.

I know the VC crowd has been quick to adopt Granola because of how low friction and lovely the user experience is. I get it.
