In @HywelDdaHB we have birthing pools on the Midwifery led and the Obstetric led units. Water can help women/birthing people feel relaxed and calm, as well as providing some relief from the discomfort of labour and birth

Yesterday I watched this amazing film and today I facilitated my very first home birth as a qualified midwife! An absolute privilege❤️ Incredibly blessed to be in this profession!

Absolutely loved learning more about the role of biomechanics in optimising physiological birth. So good to have some extra knowledge starting my career as a Newly Qualified Midwife. Highly recommend the course @MollytheMidwife 🌟
