With a disastrously under-manned asset management and credit control team, who fail to acknowledge any problems, least of all discuss solutions, increasingly we, the tenants, are left with only 1 choice: the end of a decades-old community of local businesses.

The Arch Co only want to see their asset grow in value and have absolutely no intention of investing to make these arches habitable.

Network Rail failed to line these arches correctly 30 years ago. We, the tenants, have and to deal with a deteriorating situation ever since. Network Rail have washed their hands of their responsibilities and failures.

The Arch Co engineer de-gentrification. They demand upward only increase in rent but accept no responsibility for the structure of the arch & the quality of the property. Once empty, no new tenant will pay the inflated price for an arch riddled with damp, black mould, & rodents.
