"Romae", "In Rome" is the so-called locative case, which designates the place where someone or something is. The case mostly occurs with names of cities and a handful of other words, such as "domi" (at home), or "humi" ("on the ground").

Obelix was always chasing (and eating) wild boar in the comic "Asterix". He was an expert at "catching two wild boars in one copse". But what does it really mean? Proverbs can be quite tricky... It is how you would express "to kill two birds with one stone" in Latin!

โAlmost nobody dances sober, unless, of course, he is mad", said Cicero in a famous speech. In Greece, dancing and dancers had a high status due to the use of dancing in religious events. But in Rome, that wasn't the case... Amelie wrote about it: https://t.co/169TB1hGF5

Use gerundive with forms of 'sum' to denote obligation, necessity, or propriety. As in 'Amandum est', loving should be done, 'Mihi dormiendum est', I have to sleep or 'Nobis legendum est', We must read. Notice the way dative case is used (mihi, tibi, nobis...).
