As #parents, you might know how good in-flight entertainment can transform your long-haul flight experience with kids. We recently flew with @SaudiAirlinesEn and it was a very disappointing one. Only one child movie (in 🇫🇷) displayed on old devices that got frozen many times

But it was worth it. We achieved our highest NPS score for the In-Ride experience during the beta. Now, it's time to let our creation out into the world, with many more kilometers to be ridden this summer on your @Cowboybike! I hope you enjoy it as much as we loved creating it.

Designing an interface for people on bikes is a challenging yet fascinating task. It forces us to simplify everything while keeping safety at the core of the experience.

Every pedal turn is a step toward a brighter future and a better self. That's why we created In-Ride Milestones, so you can celebrate meaningful achievements along the way. Whether it's calories burned, time spent moving or climbing the leaderboard, every milestone matters!

Race is one of the three In-Ride Games we've launched today, alongside Push and Burn. These games are part of Cowboy Connect, which now also includes Theft Alerts to notify you immediately if someone tries to snatch your bike. But there is more!

Introducing Race, our first foray into interactive gaming. Compete over a 500m sprint against fellow riders and add a layer of excitement to your ride.

And it's just the tip of the iceberg 🧊 It was a team effort to chart our path to profitability by 2024. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by these committed/talented individuals all working towards our unique mission. See you in 2024 👋❤️

The team also worked tirelessly in the background to create tools to better serve our customers. The most crucial one was definitely our automated diagnostic tool, which allowed us to identify our customer problems remotely and drastically reduce the time needed to solve them.

I am extremely proud of our swift response to @VanMoof's bankruptcy. In just a few days, we developed the Bikey app to assist thousands of riders in securing their bike key locally, enabling them to keep using their bikes. Our app became the most downloaded app in 🇳🇱 on Day 1.

These features were the foundations of our new #DesignSystem. I wanted to explore this topic for a while and the latest @figma releases enabled us to create a truly collaborative process. I have personally learned a lot and I'm still impressed by how helpful it is daily.

We have introduced many new features such as a new ride Dashboard, Share My Ride, WatchOS/Android Watch apps, Crash Hotspot detection, ... and also revamped existing features like Find My Bike to enhance the safety and security of our riders.

We were the first consumer app in the world to incorporate the @googlemaps Navigation SDK, collaborating closely with their team during the development of their new technologies.

We have launched our exclusive #AdaptivePower technology, which has revolutionized the way our bikes perform in real-time. The technology now detects any changes in the rider’s environment and provides the precise amount of power needed.
