Just attended an incredible Bittensor subnet workshop at IIT Delhi. Building a decentralized AI safety and bias auditor subnet. Miners analyze model outputs for toxicity, bias, hallucinations. Validators score accuracy. TAO rewards . #Bittensor #AI #Web3 #IITDelhi

Stack & highlights: Node/Express, MongoDB + Mongoose, JWT auth, Multer → Cloudinary uploads, subscription system (aggregation pipelines), and paginated feeds. Backend repo is public on GitHub

Finished the backend for Devtube — a YouTube + microblog style app. Now moving to frontend, tests & deployment. Feels good. 🚀

This part really leveled up my backend thinking. Still going backend-first before frontend polish. Also experimenting with AI agents for backend workflows 👀 More on that soon.

Used operators like: $match $lookup $project $addFields Feels more like building a data pipeline than writing queries.

Added a subscriber system using Mongoose: Channel subscribers Who a user is subscribed to Subscriber counts All handled via aggregation pipelines.

The moment MongoDB aggregation clicked for me was when I built subscriptions. Quick Devtube backend update 👇

@Hiteshdotcom Upload flow I went with: - Store file temporarily (local) - Upload to Cloudinary - Retry if upload fails - Cleanup after success Simple idea, but very production-like.
