yeah it could be but the entire point of voluntary age regression is that the regressor has control over it and intentionally regresses which is different from involuntary age regression which is not intended and occurs on its own

i think most coping mechanisms should be done in safe environments the point of it is to cope with upsetting or unhealthy feelings or behaviours there are multiple reasons why they might choose age regression but i don’t see how itsunhealthy when professionals recommend it
