The selective formation of endo-imminium derived from N-benzyl heterocycles is really intriguing, isn´t @JulioRoIba, @Urbanosaurio and @jsandovallira. (e.g. JOC 2016, 81, 8625 and Synthesis 2023; 55, 3662).
Great work by Rachel, who developed a robust method for endo selective functionalisation of cyclic tertiary amines. It relied on new findings within a venerable reaction manifold (to form alkyl iminiums) & application of our carbonyl alkylative amination
