How well can you answer these essential questions? 1. What are my strengths? 2. How do I perform? 3. What are my values? 4. Where do I belong? 5. What should my contribution be? Timeless food for thought from Peter Drucker.

The evolution of self-esteem in a career: Phase 1: I’m not important Phase 2: I’m important Phase 3: I want to work on something important The sooner you get to phase 3, the more success you achieve and the more impact you have. #MondayMotivation
