One big change helped me increase my revenue fast:. Focus on the MONTHLY income streams. It’s ‘easy’ to sell a $3-5k website, but that’s once-off, then what?. It’s ‘easier’ to sell a $500 - $1k /month service. Do both, and you’re on to a winner. I often charged clients $3k for.

This one tip DOUBLED my freelancing income within 3 months:. In 2017, a lead contacted me wanting to meet to discuss his project. We met at a coffee shop and he told me about his idea - a trading platform. After our chat, I was excited and met with the team to discuss the (big).

Quick tip I learned (the hard way) to avoid MOST client issues: . Always get 100% payment upfront. IF it's a deal breaker, do 50% upfront and remaining 50% on an agreed upon date before the project is complete. NEVER on completion, as "completion" is relative.

✅ "I make websites".✅ ✅ "I make websites for plumbers".✅✅✅ "I help plumbers get 3x more bookings". $ → $$ → $$$. Commodity → Niche → Specialist. Extremely Saturated → Less Saturated. Difficult To Compete → Easier To Compete. Sell the outcome & results - not the tool.

Last month, @natmiletic and I launched our podcast, The Agency Hustle. and as expected, only his mom listens to it. So we decided we need VC funding to make sure we get 2 people listening to it every month. Problem is they don't want to invest (and I can't blame them. ).

Why would a client want to pay for a website, when they can just make it themselves for free with tools like:. - Wix.- Wix Studio.- WordPress.- etc.?. Here's my answer:. Platforms like Shopify, Wix and others are great. They make creating sites easy and you can often get good.

My first client was a $5 Fiverr sale. That turned into a $100 Wireframe. That turned into a $1,000 Website. That turned into 8x Websites. That turned into a $1k Monthly Retainer. That turned into Referral Clients. All from this ONE client. Starting small is underrated 👍.
