UPDATE: It seems that the GC Digial ID wallet is actually the EU wallet but a forked (copied) version that’s been rebranded; with no attribution as required by the EU open source license. Also the RFP process was corrupted and the winning horse was picked in advance.

@kylekemper Do you need a RFP to adopt an open source software? I'm not sure about that, but I'm pretty sure the conditions in the license should be respected (or the license is out). Maybe be internal GC IT staff will manage the development and customization, otherwise look for at RFS.
