There is definitely a lot going on in Superman, but calling it a “mess” is just blatantly wrong. The narrative is straight and all things lead to the next in one way or another.

Somehow enjoyed it more on the second watch and was able to appreciate it more when not being overwhelmed by tears on my first viewing lmao.

For me at least, one scene that stuck out the most for me was the kid holding up the flag and chanting “Superman!”. I was brought to genuine tears in that scene
I think the most disappointing part about Superman for me was that I waited and hoped that the movie would give me that ONE SCENE that just sticks in your head for ages. The first flight scene, Lois’ death, etc. and it just never came.

I dont think people understand how deep the bond and love between Barry and Wally is. Seeing that on the big screen would bring waterworks.
The world will need a DCU Flash movie idgaf if his rep in the mud.

It is COMPLETELY fine to not like the new Superman movie btw, but if you are sitting there behind your phone tweeting “worst cbm of all time” you’re literally just ragebaiting or hellbent on hating it for other reasons, because OBJECTIVELY that is not true.
