Since I’ve been on the no opiates train for close to 12 years, this is how I navigate my pain. I’m having a double tooth extraction on Tuesday & the hygentist could not believe I’d rather go this route than pain meds/tylenol/ibuprofen..

The school year schedule gives me more opportunities to cook during the week and I am loving it. Taco bar & roast turkey dinner on this weeks menu.
