i might be the only person in the world who can do policy optimization and also tell you the trade secrets of the roofing industry. there's probably a startup idea in here somewhere.

There’s a very real possibility that openAI’s App SDK leads to a whole new resurgence of MCP. The only form factor where MCPs are useful to the general public is when providers host their own servers. they haven’t been doing that so far. Being on ChatGPT (800M weekly active

I’ve now been to over 10 construction conferences for B2B sales + discovery. here’s my strategy. (best one at the bottom) 1) smaller, niche conferences are better. there’s a much higher signal. 2) you don’t need a booth. but be prepared to solicit in person. specifically,

everyone boycotting vercel shows how deeply the dev community cares about societal goodwill. given that we’re all at the frontier of tech, shaping the future of the entire world, it’s good to see that we haven’t lost sight of what matters. 🫡

3/4 you can find leads through @useapolloio and industry specific sites. but you need to qualify them. how do you know these people are the right people to reach out to? this is where enrichment really comes in - scraping data from places like LinkedIn, twitter, etc. vital.

1/4 it’s crazy how bad all the CRMs out there are - and the GTM stacks are convoluted. I spoke to @kareemamin (CEO of Clay) about this recently. He says that he envisions teams only needing a tool like Clay, as a layer on top of a database like Snowflake. a thread 🧵

Is there any MCP server for UI testing? It should be able to look at the console logs (inspect element), and should be able to click around if needed

the beauty of B2B cold calling is that you can have some random 19 yo receptionist tell you that a multimillion dollar company isnt interested then you make another call, and you have some exec tell you to go fuck urself then you make another call and sparks fly ✨ sales ✨
