You have to have the staff for the current state of the game. What worked 5-10 years ago does not work now. Adapt. Adjust Or get left behind
I’m usually very slow to blame the coaches… most the time some 19 year old ran the wrong route even though they practiced it 27X. But at the end of the day, repeated lack of execution is on the coaches. Figure it out or get fired.

At this point bring on Blake Barnett. Can’t be worse and will only push competition (hopefully) NIL is a sunk cost. But we don’t have staff that understands that.

Avery needs to turn off his in helmet signal and just go for it. Well’s had all game to give him something worth a shit - to no avail. Klieman has preached this is the players team. Time to prove it.

The NIL era has Klieman managing players and neglecting coaches - and this is the result We need the GM model and competent assistants held accountable by the HC. This is why Saban retired. It’s a new era.
