A change of X handle but also the content of this account.After 26 yrs of broadcast tv I made the decision 5 years ago to retrain as a counsellor. It’s now my main job with just a bit of telly thrown in.Will understand if you choose to unfollow but if u stay u might like it!

I have no shame in saying this…… I see a therapist Why do we feel in the UK that this is a bad/weak thing? I look at therapists as performance coaches. If I’m firing on all cylinders then I can perform at my best for my family, my friends and my businesses. Anyone else
