After the Grenfell Tower fire, we were told things would change. But this week a block of flats with flammable cladding and known fire safety failings was destroyed by fire in Dagenham. We need urgent action to tackle the fire safety crisis. @MattWrack on BBC News yesterday

This morning Green Watch were called to a refuse lorry fire in Hilsea. On arrival quick thinking staff got safely to their depot and emptied the load to stop the fire from spreading to the lorry. Inside was this lithium ion battery which someone had thrown away in their bin.
