Anyone talking about how Thanksgiving is the most shamelessly slutty meal of the year? Hot, dripping gravy… gooey mac and cheese, melted all over, sauce in the crevices, EVERY SQUARE INCH… creamy mashed potatoes, practically frothing… goosebumps on the turkey skin… unghh

There is a secret network of people with really lovely and positive worldviews and it’s actually not a secret at all, you can just join them, there’s plenty of room at the table for everyone

It’s kind of funny to me that this is doing numbers haha. At first I was a little mortified but then I was like, “No let’s all share in our grief together, this is beautiful” What can you do but laugh and smile in the face of sadness? :))
I don't think I've misjudged anything in my life harder than I misjudged the energy of 2025. I thought this was going to be a year of positivity, creation, and unrestrained joy and love for me, but reality checked me with loss, loss, loss. Perhaps I did not know grief. I do now.

While this sounds heavy, and it is, I'm writing right now from a place of lightness and acceptance, maybe even gratitude. Growth is good and I trust God's plan for me. So what do we do? We continue.
