It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of a true legend in the field of Pediatric Cardiology, Dr. Richard Van Praagh. He passed away peacefully on September 13 at the age of 95. His enthusiasm for cardiac morphology was magical.

The Society extends its condolences to the family and colleagues of Dr. Francis Robicsek, who passed away last week. The renowned cardiac surgeon requested to be buried in scrubs, considered the uniform of doctors. "In scrubs, there to serve patients." https://t.co/nTk225tGZF

Very interesting!
@konstantinov_ie This is easier to do. I used to do a thing similar to you but this procedure making a frustum of a cone is easy provided pericardium is available. We use autologous briefly Rx as far as possible or donor pericardium.
