the brace on. Can feel the tightness and pressure in my elbow itself at my most full extension on some exercises but not in a painful way. Really just getting a good arm and chest workout every session which is great, my back and shoulders re gonna look the best they ever have.

PT part 2 today. I'm so glad I was able to come to this place that's like a 5 minute ride from my house instead of having to go all the way to Brockton to the same building my surgeon is in like my dad had to do. Went well, basically the same stuff as the first one just without.

Second PT session tomorrow (and my real day off from work) and first one with no restrictions for certain and without keeping my brace on, which is both exciting and a little scary. Like I know how much I can do with it without it hurting, but that's all with the brace at work.
