I always rolled my eyes when my high school art classmates complained that "people didn't understand their art".Like yeah, obviously the farmer that spent 16 hours in the fields isn't gonna see the worth in a bunch of paint splotches.

There's nothing wrong with not liking or not understanding modern art, that's a case of personal taste and it's fine.However, you can't just dismiss all modern art as bad and worthless because you think they don't look good enough.
