We had an incredible time yesterday at our 1st annual District 2 Operation Gobble! Thanks to our sponsors, we were able to hand out 400 thanksgiving meals complete with a turkey and all the trimmings at Pinedale Elementary!

Our joint paving project with the @FresnoCountyCA started on Forkner Avenue! The last time this road was paved was over 30 years ago! This stretch of Forkner Avenue falls within the City and County boundaries in several areas and was in much-needed repair.

Despite Mr. Frazier’s claims, it has become apparent that he has received nothing but preferential treatment from the City as any other operator with his track record would have had their lease agreement revoked years ago.
The Granite Park operator said he is working to obtain the proper insurance.

I voted to reject the speed bump policy that came forward today as some of my colleagues preferred to limit funding options to get speed bumps on our streets—a safety device that is sorely needed in many parts of District 2– in the name of “equity”
