Today I tested Odesa’s new tram 🚋 and can confirm: it is comfortable & accessible✅ 🦽W/spaces for wheelchairs/strollers & even guide dogs! Odesa received 13 state-of-the-art trams thanks to €19.8M loan from @EIB & backed by 🇪🇺guarantee. And I could try driver’s seat:))!

Ukraine’s 🇪🇺 integration is based on on reforms. At #ULEAD Office in Odesa I saw decentralisation in practice. It stands among 🇺🇦 tmost successful. U-LEAD embodies this by operating nationwide, making 🇪🇺 assistance tangible and felt by local communities. @EUDelegationUA

One of the loudest night I have experiences in Kyiv!!! Massive attack on the capital - final tally & casualties not known yet. Electricity & heating knocked out. Putin must be stopped!!!
❗️MASSIVE attack on Kyiv 🤬 No Power, Water or Heating in large parts of the capital after a huge night-time barrage of missiles and drones. Critical infrastructure hit AND down. Absolutely heartbreaking. Pray for Kyiv! 🙏
