Klondike Contracting is currently overseeing the development and upgrade of the Marian Learning Resource Centre, with an area of 650m2 being transformed into a new childcare facility. While it is still ongoing now, this project is slated to wrap up within the next six weeks!

In 2021, we completed another project for our long-standing client, the Vancouver Academy of Music! In addition to updating all washrooms, staff areas, communal areas, corridors & classrooms, 4 brand-new studios were added in order to better teach generations of young musicians.
