Why are you lying so much in broad daylight? Why would CBX receive any signing bonus at all? Who would give it to them? INB100? Last time I checked, CBX are signed artists with INB100, they did not sign any contract with 100RED. So there is no reason for 100RED to pay them

Another common knowledge: terminating without a valid justification or proper grounds CAN constitute a wrongful termination, which is itself a material breach of contract. Now which of the two between SM and CBX have been consistently proven in courts to NOT have valid
