Want to know if something is working or not working? Ask your students! They know when things are helping them and when they're not. Don't ignore their input. #dyslexia

#Dyscalculia is NOT due to a lack of effort. Children with dyscalculia need different kinds of #learning methods to make progress – not more of the same instruction. https://t.co/qaPzz1zX3D

Leaders: You have to value your people, you have to see your people, and you have to know your people. The words you say have the power to lift the spirit of those around you, so my challenge for you is to always be asking yourself the question, “Who can I encourage today?”

There should be aligned instruction and assessment across teachers, classrooms, buildings, and districts so what is deemed proficient in one place is deemed proficient everywhere. This is an important equity issue. #proficiencyscales

What is Summer Literacy Camp without books?🤔 All of our students took home between 3-4 fiction and/or non fiction books at the end of each week. The books supported our theme “Reading Around the World in 16 Days” for that particular week. @TeffineB @kkdavis1108 @phaedratfox
