@americanoand That’s not the entire point of Pilates… all it takes is a simple google search. There’s also no such thing as “toning”. In order to build muscle you need strength/resistance training which Pilates sometimes does but not as effectively as other workouts.

✧ most important — eat more fiber!!! fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, seeds, and nuts are all excellent sources of fiber so you should be incorporating them into every meal when possible.
