Almost EVERY Labour MP speaking in today's debate about the welfare changes has made one single point. If the 4-point system is happening in Nov 26, then how serious is the Timms review into PIP? This feels like the faultline that could trigger a lot of rebellions.

Very important clarification just now from Liz Kendall: the 4-point process for disability payments (the thing that has caused most of the backlash) *WILL* be implemented next November. Any changes to the system will take longer to implement.
