I do think it’s shitty of palace letting it get that far down the line, signing a deal sheet to pull the plug 15 minutes later - but shitty on Guehi. They have 0 loyalties to Liverpool and have to put themselves first. But harsh on Guehi who wanted the move.
Shame this, but not devastated. Great player. Will be a top signing, especially if we get him cheaper in Jan or free in the summer. Real shame for the player - but you gotta be ruthless. He’s been a pro, loves palace so they’ll have no issues until he does leave.
