i think this comes with a strong self-concept. if you know you’re THAT girl, the goat, (whatever you want) then no one can make you think you’re lesser than them. they’re just like you at the end of the day!.

when it comes to celeb SPs in general it really depends; sometimes i affirm for them specifically, sometimes i don’t, sometimes i saturate, sometimes i affirm once. depends on how ‘obsessed’ or bored i am in that moment haha.

for these specific interactions, i didn’t specifically affirm for them. one of my daily mantras is: “i have all the right eyes on me.” . i always think that influential people, those i admire, see me. i don’t put them on a pedestal, and have an unshakable self-concept.
