Last session of Crazy 8s Math! We learned about area in “Firefighter Training”! Students had to use math to determine how much water would be needed to put out a fire based on square footage! @BedtimeMath @brooklyn_stem @MSDMartinsville @ArtesiansUnited

Today in Crazy 8s Math, students did the Super Cube Shuffle by creating different designs using cubes with triangles and squares. @BedtimeMath @brooklyn_stem @MSDMartinsville @ArtesiansUnited

Crazy 8s Math-Ninja Run! Students created a maze using geometry and then had to get through it without touching the lazers! @BedtimeMath @MSDMartinsville @ArtesiansUnited @brooklyn_stem

In Crazy 8s Math we learned about 3D shapes. We made tetrahedrons, octahedrons and finally cubes. We joined all the cubes together to make one GIANT city! @brooklyn_stem @ArtesiansUnited @BedtimeMath @MSDMartinsville
