@AmericanAir You refuse to refund my out of pocket costs for the Southwest flight or the hotel night stay and in turn offered 7,500 miles which is nothing. Why be loyal when you won’t take care of your customers. This is unacceptable treatment!

@AmericanAir the rebooked flight would have me arrive at 9pm the following day. 24 hours after I was supposed to land. I was on standby for a 5:40am flight but didn’t make it on. I wound up having to pay for a Southwest flight from IND - ATL - PHL at 6:20am.
