Graduating from college taught me a lot. Ppl wanted tickets to my graduation but wasnβt there to support me. Nobody checked on me or asked if I needed anything but wanted to attend. Moral: no one ever wants to be w/ you on your journey but loves to shine w/ you @ the destination.

I lost my dad π« but by the grace of God, graduated #2 of my class w/ a 4.5. Received a full ride to college, started an org on campus around mentoring youth, was a class queen, became an AKA & graduated w/ a 3.5 as a bio major. Thatβs something to be proud of ππ½.

A few wks ago, my mom found out that cancerous cells were in her body. 2 weeks ago, she had a pretty tough surgery but sheβs recovering well. she had her follow-up appt yesterday & pathology showed the cancer was caught early, did not spread & all of the tests were negative π€.

For the last 8.5 months, Iβve worked as a data entry specialist & the experience has been nothing short of amazing since day 1 π. I recently was offered a promotion, & will be serving as the new Co-Team Lead over my current job. God is so so good ππ½.
