Summer hit different today; no big plans, just rolling around the house, letting time pass the way it wants. Some days aren’t about doing something huge tho. And Latte was around the whole time, obviously. Just two of us holding down the fort while the sun does its thing outside.

Some shots are messy. Some are oddly calm. A few probably make sense only to me, but that’s kind of the point. Not every frame needs a caption or a meaning. Sometimes it’s just mirror selfie that can be a proof that the day happened, and it looked a little cool while doing it.

Latte didn’t understand any of that (what happening that day), of course. He was just happy to be there, tail moving like nothing in the world had changed. Maybe that’s why bringing him along felt right. In the middle of a big moment, he kept everything simple.
