Just out in @LGBTHealthJrnl our paper evaluating the impact of training #FQHC staff in the provision of culturally competent care for #LGBTQ patients. Substantial heterogeneity exists between centers, so programs will need to be individually tailored.

Interesting report in @nytimes on the challenges in launching the next generation of #SARSCoV2 #vaccines. Frustrating to read that administrative challenges are impeding the speedy, but rigorous, assessment of promising candidates. Clock is ticking.

#antiscience @Twitter screeds are increasingly concerning. @axios report analyzes the proliferation of misinformation on the platform. Needed to #tweet during the #pandemic, but not clear if this is the best way to facilitate scientific discussion now.

This story reminded me of the bad old days of the early #HIV epidemic and how far we have come, but also a reminder of the need to address intolerance at every level.
