Practically, in homes where there is love and deeds are not transacional, you do these things with so much joy, and of course without force or reducing each other.
I think it makes a world of difference when one is seen as a kind gesture & met with maximum appreciation while the other is an expected obligation, demanded with ruthless & insensitive abandon, esp if it really ain’t legally.
