Mental Health Tip Of The Day: sometimes it's easier to just pay $10 extra to save your sanity than deal with the next level of customer service over the principle of the issue. I'm sure I've spent $10 on worse things.

I'm wearing red today and Goimg Red for Women for National Wear Red Day! It's been a interesting 2.5 years since my Cardiomyopathy diagnosis. I dismissed many symptoms to anxiety as many women odten do. I'll never forget the awful feeling of distress.
