A7: AI isn't something where you turn it on and you're done. There is a need for sustained effort. We spend as much time getting adoption right as we do on the technical bits. They both matter! #CollabTalk.

A6: You are already measuring what is important, and AI doesn't change that. Use the same metrics. Copilot for M365 is harder because it is so general purpose, here's a thought: Measure employee engagement before and after and see how much more engaged your team is. #CollabTalk.

A5: I lead our AI Sherpa. There is almost always a magic moment where the "lights come on" and folks start to get excited to go back home to share. The secret to Copilot is to get people to be excited to go use it, learn it and then use it to "Get the toil out." #CollabTalk.

A4: As IT leaders we need a way folks can let us know when we DIDN'T get it right -- a blame-free way to report oversharing. We also need a way to know when someone is trying to jailbreak our AI so we can respond with the appropriate level of blame. #CollabTalk.

A3: The secret sauce is that it has access to all of your stuff. Its also the bigget risk. MSFT has decades of experience making sure secrets stay secret, but you need to do your part. Security through obscurity is no longer good enough! #CollabTalk.
