I still have issues in searching almost any platform for anything X (Twitter). That's an issue. There were no confusing 'twitter' brand searches, but 'x' brand searches takes some work to find the right stuff. That's a case for keeping a unique brand.

I've used so many other CRM and automation systems, and I find @HubSpot to still be the best. If you can think it, you can do it in HubSpot. I miss it, a lot. Though their one flaw is reporting, and it is terrible. However, exporting data is easy, so no issue there.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is great for generating leads; I like it a lot. Surprisingly, the interface is lacking in intuitive functionality. It feels like it doesn't get much love at @LinkedIn . They haven't even replaced the Twitter logo with X on the inside. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
